Cancellations
- You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center by emailing hello@spicycubes.co.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
- We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
- Before sending any returns, please contact our customer support for approval and instructions.
- If your item is damaged, broken, or melted upon arrival, we will replace it at no cost once we receive reasonable proof.
- If you are returning an unopened product because you simply don’t like it, at least 6 of the 8 cubes must be intact, and the remaining items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if you qualify; in some cases, USPS return fees may apply.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within one week of receiving the returned product.
Notes
- We may ask for photos to help improve our product and speed up your refund.
- During peak times, delivery delays may occur. If your order arrives significantly later than promised and you were not notified, you may qualify for a partial refund or cancellation.
